AUTHORS GUIDELINES
INSTRUCTIONS
- Register online and click “Yes” in the participant section. FRON2018-Copyright Transfer will be then sent to you by email as soon as your abstract is accepted by FRON Scientific Committee. The letter must be signed by all of the authors, scanned and sent back to fron2018@sciencepro.me with the poster.

Deadline for Abstract and Poster submission is on the 15th of August 2018
AUTHORSHIP
All persons designated as authors should qualify for authorship. Each author should have participated sufficiently in the work to take public responsibility for the contents. Partial contribution to the work is not accepted for authorship, but may be recognized separately in the “Acknowledgments.” Editors may require authors to justify the assignment of authorship.
The cover letter includes:
(A) Statement on authorship responsibility
(B) Statement on financial disclosure
(C) Statement on copyright transfers.
A- Authorship responsibility
“I certify that I have participated in the conception and design of this work and the analysis of the data (when applicable), as well as the writing of the manuscript, to take public responsibility for it. I believe the extended abstract represents valid work. I have reviewed the final version of the submitted abstract and approve it for publication.
Neither this abstract nor one with substantially similar contents under my authorship has been published.
If requested, I shall produce the data upon which the abstract is based for examination by the editors or their assignees.”
B- Financial disclosure
“I certify that any affiliation with or involvement in any organization or entity with a direct financial interest in the subject matter or materials discussed in the extended abstract (e. g. employment, consultancies, stock ownership, honoraria, expert testimony) are discussed below.”
C- Copyright transfer
“The author(s) undersigned hereby transfer(s), assign(s) or otherwise convey(s) all copyright ownership to the FRON 2018 scientific committee.”

ABSTRACT
Abstracts should be typed doubled-spaced on the recto of 21 x 27.9 cm white paper with margins of at least 2.5 cm with no more than 28 lines of 67 characters each per page. They are received with the understanding that they have not been previously published and are not currently under consideration for publication in any other journal. Abstracts will be acknowledged upon receipt.

Page Limitations and Main Rules
Abstract should be less than 500 words and 5 references. It should cover the main factual points, including statements of the problem, methods, results, and conclusions. The abstract should be accompanied by a list of three to five key words for indexing purposes.
Title Page
In addition to the title, the full names, degrees and hospital or university affiliation of each author should be included. If an author’s present affiliation is different from that under which the work was done, both should be given. A short title of no more than 50 characters for use as a running head should also be given. At the bottom of the title page, include the exact postal address and the telephone number of the author to whom communications, proofs and requests for reprints should be sent. Authors should include a fax number and an e-mail address (if available) where they can be reached.
References
References should be limited to 5 articles mentioned in the abstract and indicated by numbers; the latter should follow the order of appearance of articles in the text. Abstracts should be identified as such in the reference list. References should follow the norms established by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors.

Acknowledgments
Names of individuals or institutions who have partly contributed to the work may be mentioned in this section. Pharmaceutical companies should be acknowledged only if they provided experimental drugs or drugs not present in the country where the work was done. Authors are responsible for obtaining written permission from all individuals or institutions who participated in the work and who are named in an acknowledgment, if applicable, since readers may infer their endorsement of data and conclusions. The corresponding author must include the following statement in the cover letter: “I have obtained written permission from all persons named in the Acknowledgments.” Funding and support for research projects should be included in the acknowledgments section.
